Your Responsibilities:
Processing of flight bookings via Internet and telephone
Supporting customers and prospects with respect to new and existing bookings
Recognition of the booked benefits of all relevant airlines and respective value-added services
Qualified communication with diverse partners and airlines
Your Profile:
Very good command of written and spoken English as well as good knowledge of the German language
Experience in customer advisory service advantageous
Ideally first experience in tourism and a relevant booking system, e.g. START Amadeus
Autonomous, structured way of working and ability to cope with stress
Service mentality, customer orientation and good team spirit
Proficiency in using the common Office programs and the Internet
Readiness to work in shift and at weekends
